- Built the guide extension UI 10,000+ end users run their workflows through, inside their own enterprise apps
- Injected content scripts through nested iframes and shadow DOM so guides render inside apps we don't control
- Integrated the REST APIs connecting the Dashboard to both extensions, keeping guide data in sync
- Built a worker pulling live Coupa and Workday data into ZipRPA, so tests run against real data instead of fixtures
- Rebuilt ZipRPA from vanilla JavaScript onto React and Electron, cutting 30% of the code with reusable components
- Automated test execution with Playwright on the new ZipRPA base
- Ran client discussions end to end — gathering requirements, then delivering the flows that came out of them
